Corbeanca

The project developed by Eva Residence at 77 Unirii Street, Corbeanca, represents an example of modern and innovative design in the construction field. To ensure a solid and durable structure, T-shaped profiles of 50×110×2, L-shaped profiles of 40×50×2, and aluminum brackets of 40×120 were used. All these elements are approved and bear CE markings, supporting the fiber cement panels.

We congratulate the builder for choosing high-quality materials and for the installation of these materials.

Eforie Nord Research Centre

In the renovation project in Eforie Nord, executed with professionalism by the team from Evo Fațade, covering an area of over 1,200 square meters, fiber cement cladding panels were successfully incorporated in combination with our complete aluminum structure system. The aluminum structure was formed using L-shaped brackets of 40×120×90, L profiles of 40×40×2, and T profiles of 50×110×2.

This project is already completed and serves as a compelling example of how our aluminum system integrates with fiber cement, contributing to the creation of an exceptional architectural solution within the curtain wall context.

Isu Drobeta Turnu Severin

The ISU Drobeta Turnu Severin project is a highly complex endeavor in which our ventilated façade systems were fully applied.

In this project, we successfully implemented fiber cement panels, which were subsequently mounted on our metal structure system, consisting of brackets of various sizes arranged on insulated pads, T-shaped profiles, and corner brackets.

This project, covering an area of approximately 1,200 square meters, was completed in November 2023, showcasing the quality and complexity that we deliver.

MTM Becali Real Estate
The MTM Becali Imobiliare residential project, developed by Evo Façade and Promil Exim, consists of over 46 housing units and 6 buildings, and is located in the northern area of Bucharest. One of the notable aspects of this initiative is the successful use of ventilated façades, which have been carefully integrated into an LRHus metal structure. The metal structure was constructed using L-shaped brackets of 40×150×90, T-shaped profiles of 80×45×2, and L-shaped profiles of 40×40×2. This metal structure was specifically designed to allow for the efficient mechanical anchoring of the cladding panels.
Ramada Nord
The project, located in the northern part of Bucharest, aims to be completed in 2024 and is distinguished by the use of a ventilated facade composed of fiber cement complemented by a metal structure. For the formation of the metal structure, L-shaped brackets of 40×150×90, T-shaped profiles of 50×110×2, and L-shaped profiles of 40×50×2 were used. The LRHus structure is approved and bears all the necessary up-to-date certifications.
